Spanish Cedar Interior Cigar Boxes – crafted from the globally renowned Spanish Cedar, one of the most significant timber species. Revered for its aromatic and visually appealing pink wood, celebrated for its resistance to decay and insects. With a unique and enduring cedar-like scent, this wood is particularly favored for cigar boxes. The heartwood is known for its exceptional resistance to preservation treatments.
Exterior of the Humidor
The quality of humidors also depends on the quality of the veneer pattern. Skillful selection of textures, shapes, and colors allows you to create unique ornaments and compositions of extremely beautiful products. The surface of each humidor is covered with high-quality lacquer in several layers. Best materials are used for handmade décor. Sophisticated inlay of metal over wood is executed entirely by hand by the best masters of the company. The decor of each humidor from this line takes numerous hours of incrusting metal decoration, requiring tremendous concentration and meticulous attention to detail.
All metal parts are handmade by jewelers using filigree gold-plated, platinum-plated or rhodium-plated technology in Germany, Pforzheim is known as a Golden City, historically an important jewelry centre. Humidors are crafted in options for 100 and 75 cigars. They come with an elegant original ashtray and a desktop lighter with triple jet-torch flame.
Hand-finishing, personalization, testing and quality control
Testing and quality control are carried out on the each step of the production and in each laboratory and workshop. The final stringent control of finished products is carried out in the laboratory in Switzerland, and only after that, the product is sent for the packaging. Extremely high standards guarantee exceptional quality and reliability.
